Beneath my 2-layer Canadian Military 3-in-1 Parka, snow pants & boots:

2 pairs of socks
insulated base-layer leggings beneath work pants
long sleeve shirt, polo shirt & hoodie.

All tucked into layers to prevent draft.

Beneath the parka hood: bellacalava, bomber hat & hoodie hood.
