I'm in the position where the several family members I am still in touch with and my two IRL friends do not reach out to me at all. I have to be the one initiating contact with them (and risk rejection) all the time. This has been the case for about a year. And this is me, an AuDHDer, where I really am uncomfortable with phone calls and long texting sessions, and have RSD.
What do you think: have I carried this too long, where if I now wait for them to reach out, the relationships will all die out? It would warm my heart if they just reached out first once in a while, which would show they still care about me.
