The Thomas-Kilmann model:
• Competing = Win-Lose
• Collaborating = Win-Win
• Compromising = Partial Win
• Avoiding = Lose-Lose
• Accommodating = Lose-Win
Pro tip: Separate people from problems. Focus on interests, not positions.
Conflict isn't bad. Unresolved conflict is.
When receiving feedback, pause before reacting. Ask What’s one thing I can change now?
Try future-focused questions like How can we prevent this delay next month?
