Evening no-gi Jiu-Jitsu left me completely exhausted. We learned switching from mount to s-mount when opponent pushes off your hip and from there either an armbar or take the back.
Für genau ein solches Training gehe ich jetzt gleich aufs Rad: "SST Medium". Für das zeitlich Lange (gut 2h) reicht es heute Abend nicht mehr. Aber auch das mittellange (ca. 80 Min.) hat's in sich! 🥵 Es soll ja den #FTP steigern helfen.
