It's still quite heavy and a big challenge. But I'm moving to the 50 lbs / 23 kilos at the shoulder press.
A while ago I struggled with 18 kilos and I can do those now, πŸ’ͺ🏼 so I'm definitely making progress.
Slow! Sure... But I'm definitely OK with it as I need to be more careful with the Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility. 😊

I found some pictures of me trying to flex a bicep here or there at the gym. I didn't have them all on my phone anymore, so it took a while to find to share. I know my biceps aren't big yet, but they definitely are starting to get some shape, of which I am *very* proud.

Trying to flex. My arms still aren't free of flabby bits, how could they when I'm still overweight and have a too high fat percentage? But they're also getting shape when I try to get some muscle action. So yay for that. I'll keep training and while it may go slow due to Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility, I'm not giving up nor giving in. I got this at my own pace. πŸ’ͺ🏼

Tried to go heavier with adding an extra 5 kilos. Managed 6x πŸ˜‚. Changed the 2* 2,5 kilos for 2* 1,25 ones. Let's see if I get get 8x in now.
It's all trying and seeing what I'll he able to do. No progress if I don't try new weights.

I did my best again today! Just a small round with Arwen left... So I'll probably just hit the 33k. I've kit heard anything of my downstairs neighbors, so I do hope they aren't disturbed by my walks on the mill. 😊
Very happy with yesterday's (34k) and today's steps.
Tomorrow and Thursday will be a bit harder to get more steps in. But hey, I got the mill so let's crush this! πŸ’ͺ🏼

OK got my rower out again. I'm aiming for 10 minutes. Will be going slow to build it up. Yesterday I had 250 strokes in just under 9 minutes. Today I'll aim for time.
