It's still quite heavy and a big challenge. But I'm moving to the 50 lbs / 23 kilos at the shoulder press.
A while ago I struggled with 18 kilos and I can do those now, πͺπΌ so I'm definitely making progress.
Slow! Sure... But I'm definitely OK with it as I need to be more careful with the Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility. π
