Soon my second semester of pole begins. Knowing my weaknesses I recorded a couple of tricks to see my progress in them. Two in which I'm weak and one where I feel my strength and can excel.

Strong one is an inversion into crucifix. Just needs work.
First weak is a sit where you twirl your body around the pole. Name eludes me. Biggest issue is pole between legs and my skin hurts
Second weak (shown) is Genie. One side ok, the other not so. Confidence?
