In Deutschland hatten wir beides.
Wir hatten eine kommunistische Partei Deutschlands (KPD), die musste aber verboten werden, weil eine nsdap Nachfolge Partei in Niedersachsen so stark wurde, dass die CDU mit ihr koalieren wollte und die Siegermächte auf ein Verbot (der Nazi Partei)bestanden haben.
Im Rahmen der Annäherung hat sich dann auf drängen der DDR in der BRD die deutsche kommunistische Partei (DKP) gegründet.
Die DKP führt heute unangefochten die Bedeutungslosigkeit an.
