An international team led by scientists from the GIGA #ULiège has discovered a new therapeutic target for the treatment of #melanoma resistant to targeted #therapies. Inhibition of VARS enzyme could prevent this therapeutic resistance by resensitising #tumours resistant to these targeted therapies.
