A welcomed change: enforce at the browser level. No more annoying dialogs with toggles for cookies from hundreds of "partners".

I mean, if a cookie dialog has a button labeled "withdraw consent" or "Reject all", it's quite the admittance that the page is up to no good.

@vfrmedia granted, this is why it's not enough to logout out #Facebook but necessary to block their #TrackingCookies - which they even implemented as on-device servers so #CrossAppTracking on #mobile OSes like #Android and #iOS works!

  • They merely leaked that shortly after shutting it off not because they thought it was wrong or something but to enshure no competitor could use that technique as #Google and #Apple went forward to #patch this #exploit!

Remember when #GitHub proudly announced that they don't need a #CookiePopup, because they don't use any #TrackingCookies?
