I've worked with 20+ local clients from 2022 till today, including my own eatery- Here's what I learned👇

1. You can't always do sales. You need to spend on Marketing.

2. Please run ads but mindfully

3. Keep your employees on close watch

4. Always use a loyalty program.

Always remember, as Local business your first priority is revenue and you can't get that by deploying formally dressed dudes. You have to be chill, casual and Gen Z.

@qgustavor @fluffykittycat @eff There is no way to "verify age" without basically self-doxxing.

The only solution to that problem is either ban #AntisocialMedia (or rather the #antisocial aspects designed to maximize #screentime, incite emoptional reations [#RageBait] as well as #Ads and #Algorithms that are "skinnering " users into abusive patterns by exploiting #Gambling and other mechanics against them.

But since #regulation won't happen (instead only #Cyberfascism would), the only feasible option is to teach #TechLiteracy & #MediaLiteracy and get people off #CorporateAntisocialMediaPlatforms!
