@christopher I use a personal phone and a work phone, I highly recommend doing that.

My previous phone was a #Google #Pixel with #LineageOS. Freakin' love it, but #Google broke #RCS support on custom ROMs, which kinda screwed up a relatively important group chat I was in (it got converted to an #RCS group chat once everyone in the group got #RCS phones), so when it broke, I went back to stock #Android.

Having #RCS support is pretty important to me, so for my phones I don't really plan on going back to #LineageOS anytime soon. Maybe if sideloading gets worse, more manufacturers will make their own spinoffs of #Android that retain both the #RCS and the sideloading features. I think internationally some phones have already been degoogled, although IDK how well they'd work with cell towers here in the #USA.
