Une maison a été taguée avec un message haineux et des croix gammées, au cours du week-end dernier à Gergy, près de Chalon-sur-Saône. Sur place, c'est la consternation.
L'information a été révélée par le Journal de Saône-et-Loire ce mardi 21 avril 2026.
Il y a quelques jours, en rentrant de week-end, une famille de Gergy a découvert le portail de sa maison tagué : "On ne veux pas de vous ici" (sic) assorti de croix gammées, symboles de l'Allemagne nazie.
"Du racisme parce qu'on fait partie de la communauté des gens du voyage"
Le père de famille, Ruben B., a déposé plainte auprès de la gendarmerie de Verdun-sur-le-Doubs lundi après-midi. Notre équipe a pu échanger ce mardi avec le couple, parent de trois enfants.
"Franchement, j'ai pas les mots. C'est très compliqué. Encore maintenant, on est choqués", se désole Ruben B., 32 ans.
Selon lui, pas de doute : ce message vise leur communauté. "C'est de la méchanceté gratuite, du racisme parce qu'on fait partie des gens du voyage."
"C'est vraiment raciste, ça fait peur et ça nous met en colère", s'insurge sa compagne.
"Pourtant on est là depuis 2021, on est sédentarisés, on s'entend bien avec tous les voisins, c'est tranquille ici."
Le couple a dû faire face aux questions de ses enfants. "Mon fils demandait ce que c'était, les symboles de croix gammées", explique Ruben B.
Ma fille de 10 ans, qui sait lire, nous a dit : "Mais pourquoi on ne veut pas de nous ici ?
Ce mardi matin (21 avril 2026) , Ruben B. avait effacé une partie des tags - les croix gammées en priorité - mais une grande partie du quartier a eu le temps de les apercevoir.
"C'est la première fois qu'on voit une chose pareille dans le village"
"Je n'arrive pas à comprendre le geste et je ne me l'explique pas. Pas ici à Gergy", se désole Gilles, un voisin qui confie son "mépris pour les gens qui ont fait ça".
Ça me touche surtout sur la généralité du monde actuel. Ça reflète bien ce qu'on voit et ce qu'on entend. Ce qui me choque le plus, c'est qu'aujourd'hui la démocratie fout le camp.
Une minorité s'impose, il n'y a pas de tolérance.
Odile, une riveraine, a vu les tags dimanche en allant se promener.
"Franchement, ça m'a fait peur. C'est la première fois qu'on voit une chose pareille dans le village. Ça nous désole, ils sont gentils ces petits jeunes !" s'attriste-t-elle, en parlant des voisins victimes de ce geste. "On n'a jamais eu de problème avec eux, on se fait un petit coucou de temps en temps."
"Ces actes survenus sur notre commune ont surpris tout le monde", confirme le maire de Gergy, Philippe Fournier. "Je ne comprends pas comment de tels agissements peuvent survenir aujourd'hui. Je les juge proprement scandaleux et les condamne fermement."
