Is there a NoSteam patch for RPG Maker XP and VX? Or is it something else? because both of them don't launch on my Windows XP setup.

Die nächste #Beta-Version von #CATO bringt ein neues Einstellungsmenü! Neben der Lautstärke könnt ihr weitere Optionen anpassen. Alle Einstellungen werden in einer .cfg Datei gespeichert und können extern bearbeitet werden.
