Chats over the long weekend with good friends reminded me to try not to slip back into classic #impostersyndrome thinking. Don't sell yourself short, learnings are equally if not more valuable than other outcomes, and women tend to suffer more of this than men do - not always of course, but certainly a big chunk.

Take for eg MSN news , which I am sure many consider a spam site

It still has 550M monthly readers ...

Ofcourse not an exact comparison, but Twitter has about 200ishM mDAU

It's a sustainable business , and I assume profitable.

The idea is to create a psychologically safe place to vent the week away and hopefully go into the weekend without baggage.
