Il Commissario per i diritti umani del Consiglio d'Europa Michael O’Flaherty è stato in visita in Italia a metà gennaio per valutare l'efficacia delle misure adottate dalle autorità nazionali per affrontare le diseguaglianze che colpiscono i minori. Nel nostro Paese il 27,1% di questi è a rischio di povertà ed esclusione. Peggio fanno solo Bulgaria, Spagna, Romania e Grecia. Gli interventi di sistema e non settoriali non sono più rimandabili
