Yesterday was a long, long day.

Had Dad's memorial, which went well. Big brother and I walked around the little dragon boat festival for a bit, then we crammed into the streetcar with the soccer fans and saw Toy Story 5 at Union Station.

All in all a kickass day, but I rarely do *that* much in one day, so I am wiped out this morning. :)

What a day!

Got up early.
Did my back exercises.
Took Benson for a brisk walk that wasn't really brisk.
Bestie picked us up and Benson went to daycare; we got brunch in Walnut Creek; dropped by the back store and tested the really fancy massage pods. OMG it loosened my back so well!! It was amazing. We bought new pillows and I have a good knee brace. Josh the sales guy said we were fun. I think he was a little high.

Then we hung out at Bestie's dad's pool with another friend. I treaded water on a noodle! I never believed noodles worked but they do.

And now we're all back home safe and sound. We needed this day.
