So in the end it took several tries and total of 3 emails to Ryanair's DPO for them to fulfill my data erasure request. Almost exactly 2 months since my initial request via "automated" process that failed twice, once manually by Ryanair DPO.

And still, can't even be sure how well they anonymise (if they even do) my data.

Ryanair hasn't even been the worst with this. That would be Roblox (made an account around 2007, shortly after launch).

Unfortunately the company booked me a #Ryanair flight.
The airline is still finding new ways to be shitty, it seems: they demand you download their app to access the boarding pass. Can't have it in paper, for *reasons*. And can't download the pass directly to my wallet without going through their app.
I don't want my data mined by those grubby hands, this behaviour shouldn't be allowed. #EU #airlines
