Let’s explain the difference between traditional therapy and MAST.

While therapy is good for some, it’s expensive and very individualized.

On the other hand, MAST is community-based care rooted in mutual aid. It’s not therapy or crisis care. In MAST sessions, triads learn how to use various skills to listen to each other and provide reflective, constructive feedback..
