To some, flying is so routine they close their blinds and sleep, but for me? As long as there's sunlight to be had, I pay rapt attention and take in a wonder that few human beings who ever lived got a chance to experience: "A Dream of the Clouds from the Other Side...", taken by yours truly.

Nowhere is safe from the wrath of a Canada goose — not even this Ontario campus
Last week, a Canada goose found its way into a building at Wilfrid Laurier University's Waterloo, Ont., campus and was captured by several witnesses on video trying to fly away, causing students to run for cover. The goose's capers went viral on social media.

Woke up today in Scotland (Tuesday in the EU) and thought some fresh Danish pastries sounded good, so I took a deadhead over to Copenhagen (EKCH).

No RNAV approaches so far here, all ILSs, but the #Xplane #flightsim #Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet with G1000 handles them perfectly.

As soon as I parked, the ground crew moved in with their baggage conveyor rig. I guess they think the bags come out of my airplane's ass.

They just do things differently over here.

Sitting on the virtual ramp in Inverness, Scotland watching the sun come up after flying from Iceland to complete a North Atlantic crossing in my #Xplane #flightsim #Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet.

Going to bop around the EU for a while, but first I need to top off with Jet-A. Good price today on their virtual fuel here, $0.00/L which translates to USD$0.00/L.

I just need to find a pub and a pint or three.
