Inmitten des italienischen Wirtschaftswunders zementiert die explodierende Urbanisierung nicht nur die Landschaft, sondern zieht auch immer größere Mauern rund um die intellektuellen Sammelbecken hoch. Die großstädtischen Zufluchtsorte der Künstler*innen und Denker*innen werden zu einengende Gefängnissen, in denen man sich entweder dem kollektiven Stumpfsinn hingibt oder an der inneren Vergletscherung kaputtgeht. Wer überhaupt noch etwas fühlt, tut das, indem er sich und/oder anderen Schmerzen zufügt. Die Erlösung ist da draußen, wo der Blick gen Himmel nicht von Lärm und Beton erdrückt wird, sich nicht in schier endlos tiefen Häuserschluchten verliert, wo man unbehelligt durch den Regen wandeln kann.
