“Trump ha perso questa guerra per andare dietro a Netanyahu che gli aveva presentato dei falsi rapporti del Mossad. Il Mossad è una cosa serissima. Non avrebbe mai scritto che bastavano due sventagliate dal cielo per buttar giù un regime complesso e stratificato e pervasivo come quello iraniano”. “C’è tutta una teoria politologica in cui si dice che ci sono dei personaggi particolarmente borderline, che pur non essendo pazzi, fanno i matti per disorientare l’avversario e farsi sottovalutare. Può anche darsi – ha aggiunto – che lui lo stia facendo il matto. Sta di fatto che è un perdente e che metta il Papa nella battaglia politica deriva dalla necessità di alzare il tiro, perché la guerra l’ha persa e deve sostituire con paroloni assurdi un vuoto di risultati”.
