È un Gian Piero Gasperini non serenissimo quello visto in conferenza stampa dopo la vittoria della sua Roma per 4-0 contro la Fiorentina. Un successo che ha rimesso la Roma in pienissima lotta Champions, a un punto dalla Juventus quarta e a 3 dal Milan, al momento terzo in classifica.
“Questo è un gruppo molto forte, con una base forte, ci mette la faccia, giocano sempre, non si danno mai per malati. Sappiamo che recuperando giocatori possiamo dire la nostra, ci presentiamo a questa volata finale convinti e fiduciosi. Ma lo siamo sempre stati”.
Sull’orario del derby, Gasperini ha sorriso e spiegato: “Magari piove, non farà caldo. Il problema è che non ci sono altri orari, nessuno è felice di quell’orario, ma mi hanno spiegato che di sera non si può giocare, di lunedì alle 18 è ancora peggio, poi c’è la contemporaneità. Vedrete che alla fine Sarri ci viene“, ha spiegato parlando delle parole dell’allenatore della Lazio, che ha minacciato di non andare in panchina se si giocherà alle 12:30.
