Il governo federale tedesco ha fatto un passo estremamente significativo: nascosto tra le specifiche tecniche del #DeutschlandStack – le regole che governeranno le infrastrutture digitali sovrane che sostengono la pubblica amministrazione dai ministeri federali agli uffici del consiglio locale – c’è un passaggio breve ma molto significativo.

En Allemagne, Microsoft en pls. 🚑

Le Deutschland-Stack, cadre technique décisionnel du gouvernement fédéral allemand, a intégré l'Open Document Format (ODF) comme standard obligatoire.

Supporter l'ODF devient donc une condition d'accès au marché pour les fournisseurs publics allemands.

Espérons que cette décision d'un poids-lourd européen en inspire d'autres...

Why this is so cool: docs and concept papers around DeutschlandStack are pushing #OpenSource, #openstandards and transparent development (e.g., via openCode.de) as hard requirements.
