I started experimenting with #opencode and #mistralvibe for some part of my work, and either I'm dumb or missing something, but can we somehow see individual changes inside #neovim?
I'm pretty sure I saw some solution in past, but can't find it now, and when I recently opened undotree after changes made by Vibe, it was empty and even my previous changes weren't in undotree
#mistral #vibecoding #ai #gemini #geminicli #claudecode (last two because solution I saw was about them)
I switched to PRO plan on my z.ai coding subscription to try out faster #glm5. So my first comment, it is much slower than 4.7, but overall all z.ai infrastructure today is kind of underperforming - including web interface.
Let me try it more and I will share some more comments.
@dawid btw, what did you mean by huge opencode tokens usage? 🤑
So I’ve gone full circle with my AI coding flow.
I started wirh OpenCode, but decided to try Codex and then moved over to Claude Code.
I’m now back with OpenCode but have my agents using models from two different services to balance out the load based on their strength.
I feel like this is the way it should be. Thoughts?
I updated the slides for my talk "Run LLMs Locally":
Now including OCR, Qwen3-Coder, GLM-Flash and more links on the resources slide.

Using Qwen3 on my laptop (with no internet) to solve nonsense riddles!
Riddle: Why did the angry donkey smash the bologna sandwich when the glass was half full?
Answer: Because the donkey was a bologna sandwich and the glass (its completion) was half full, so it smashed itself to finish the sandwich.
One thing I really like about #ClaudeCode is that it has no opinion about what you can use it for. I use it for coding, sysadmin, writing, etc.
#opencode on the otherhand has annoying opinions about what you should use it for - "I am a software engineer only, thanks"
