RE: #writers and people who "make" resources for others. Is the task to compile information others have pieced together and add your own flavouring to make it "yours"? Is the first time novel, but then the next ones...? When is it #saturated? I suppose when no one wants to buy the new thing because they've already enjoyed the old?

If I read an article from some "#indie" 3rd party newspaper online, and it's largely saying the same thing about an event as everything else, but maybe contains a couple unique perspective differences, is it new? Does it belong to that "writer/journalist" at that point? If the novelty is the value, why do we read long articles with a minor difference in perspective snuck in finally? That said, #completeness is also very important.

I cannot help but to wonder how much a #journalist gets paid for their coverage of a not news-breaking event. The fact that they're making something for the company demands payment. How much relative to the first quality report?
