2025 wasn't much of a driving season for me. Lots of regrets but considerable work done elsewhere.

Chris @ FXWorksMy wife had an event at the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre so I combined it with a side quest into Toronto to get a nearly "unobtainium" new windshield for my Toyota MR2 (AW11).

Taking the #Toyota #MR2 #AW11 away for winter storage at a friend's house.
I need to make room in the garage for #Jeep #Cherokee #XJ and #Mazda #Miata #MX5 #NA projects this winter.
Kind of conflicted. A little early perhaps but I haven't been driving the car much so might as well reduce the insurance load for a bit.
My casual researching for a tow rig has taken me down the very deep #vanlife rabbit hole - at least the technical side of it.
Didn't realize #Ford stopped selling a full bodied #Econoline in 2015.
Picturing the #Miata and/or #MR2 on a trailer and being able to pull an awning to set up "camp" on race day. Easier, less buzzy driving and overnight accommodations for away events. Despise four laning the #MX5 and the #AW11.
My co-driving wife seems to like the idea so there's that. We'll see.

I bought it for the #7AFE engine so that I can use it to build a 1.8 liter #7AGE engine for the #MR2 (7AFE block + 4AGE twin cam cylinder head = 1.8 liter #7AGE #stroker)
Not going to happen soon - I'm a hoarder.
@lewis The thing about the XT/XT6 is that nowadays they are so very rare - at least here. There is a lot more cars in the US (per usual) so I'll probably have to import one.
I had 2 #XT6 <!> back in the late '90s. Fabulous cars and really missed them. One of these would look great parked to my #Toyota #MR2 (#AW11). 🙃
Parts are getting very hard to source as well. #AW11 is bad that way too but the #Subaru us worse. #3dPrinting might save us...
