What an interesting day.

Yesterday I was diagnosed with #ADD and #SPCD (a variant of #ASD related to communication) and today was my first day of meds.

To put it mildly, I have definitely seen an improvement.

Thank you to everyone on here who talks about their neurodivergencies (and also the awesome memes on #Lemmy that got me seriously thinking about this in the first place). It's not always easy talking about personal things and yourself, I'm even finding it tricky right now. So thanks.
