Anyone have recommendations for story-driven running exercise apps for Android, similar to Zombies Run 5k Training?
Preferably not using a subscription model.

Whoops. I was super slack this week. Should have moved onto week 5 but only ran two of week 4.

So here is Week4 Workout 2. Good run. The free form run at the end I can almost run the whole thing. The last few Kms had alright times. #Runner5 #Run #SundayRunDay #ZombiesRun #ZombiesRun5k #5Km

Just got back from my #dailyExercise.
I did complete another training session of #ZombiesRun5k (see attached map), but that was far from all the #exercise I got.
Did quite a bit of #walking before and after that, part of which was spent #jogging.

Definitely felt better to do my #workout today than yesterday when rain, cold wind, bodily discomfort, and an already sub-optimal mood made me cut that run short after the set of sprints.

I'm in a pretty bad shape exercise wise, and the current events aren't helping that.
My #dailyExercise walks when I can just aren't cutting it, so I decided to dig up my sneakers, re-install #ZombiesRun5k again on my phone, and go for a jog/run instead of playing the usual round of #PokémonGO and #Ingress.
I think I was only out for half an hour or so, but you gotta start somewhere...

Sweating like a pig already, but if I can get out every evening, that should hopefully improve over time...
