I'm in a pretty bad shape exercise wise, and the current events aren't helping that.
My #dailyExercise walks when I can just aren't cutting it, so I decided to dig up my sneakers, re-install #ZombiesRun5k again on my phone, and go for a jog/run instead of playing the usual round of #PokémonGO and #Ingress.
I think I was only out for half an hour or so, but you gotta start somewhere...

Sweating like a pig already, but if I can get out every evening, that should hopefully improve over time...

I ended up installing the more recent free version of #ZombiesRun5k for #Android on my phone, as the first chapters are free anyway, and that should suffice for my immediate needs/use. :)
I wasn't quite feeling like going out earlier, but I forced myself to do so anyway, and ended up quite enjoying the run, even though the 10 mins walk + 10 times alternating between a minute walk and 15 seconds running + 10-15 minutes free-form walk/run, was quite taxing.
Still, glad I got my #dailyExercise!

Unfortunately I need to look for better shoes though, as the heel of my right shoe was chafing my ankle... so, I'm wearing a blister patch now. ><

I will go out again tomorrow evening for another walk.

And on Sunday, when @Siiw isn't working, I'll maybe even try to get an early morning walk in as well, to hopefully start the day energised.
