Haven't had my #XPlane #flightsim #Cirrus SF50 Vision jet up in a while. It was in for maintenance (in-op thingamabob).

Flew into Pangborn Memorial in Wenatchee, WA (KEAT) and after seeing the identifier, somehow I am hungry for dessert. Surely I can find some decent fresh Apple Pie around here.

RNAV approach was fun, a tricky five-turn affair thru a small valley of the Columbia River.

Parked next to another SF50 and yes, I do have wingtip envy.

Decided to skip the chaos tonight and fly my #XPlane #flightsim #Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet from Lost Wages (KLAS) up to Jackson Hole. It's a virtual charter flight operating as "Dandy 1020" hauling some rich skiers into there for some winter fun.

RON tonight in town, and will not be having the Bison Burritos.

This is right after departure climbing out past the Strip.

Today was an especially rough mental health day for me. Why?

Because of this photo.

It is the nurses at the VA hospital where Alex Pretti worked mourning his murder with a moment of silence.

On a scale of 1 being happy as a lark and 10 being jumping off a bridge, I am close to at least an 8 tonight.

So, I am signing off TV and the Internet for a few days. Going to crack a beer and read by the fire or fly my #XPlane jet somewhere.

Made it into KBOS tonight in the #XPlane #flightsim #Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet. Flew the RNAV 04R approach in real-time WX and it WAS a total rodeo. 31 kts of Xwind, heavy frozen precip, but again, my jet's ice protection systems worked perfectly.

Screenshot app giving me fits the past few days, so again, no receipts...but I did make it in.

Since this is Beantown, I guess I'm having Boston Baked Beans for dinner. Maybe wash it down with a cold Samual Adams IPA.
