Dopo aver dedicato spazio alla solidarietร  internazionale con la Giornata Mondiale delle Forze di Pace giร  pubblicata su Perfettamente Chic, il 29 maggio ci invita anche a guardare dentro di noiโ€ฆ letteralmente! Si celebra infatti la World Digestive Health Day, la Giornata Mondiale della Salute Digestiva, un appuntamento internazionale nato per ricordare quanto il benessere dellโ€™intestino influenzi energia, umore e salute generale.

La ricorrenza รจ stata istituita dalla World Gastroenterology Organisation nel 2004, in occasione dellโ€™anniversario della sua fondazione avvenuta il 29 maggio 1958. Ogni anno viene scelto un tema specifico per sensibilizzare il pubblico su disturbi digestivi spesso sottovalutati.
