Well, SOMEBODY is lying their heads off - & I don't think it's Sir Oliver #Robbins! What would be his #motivation? He didn't have one! He was TOLD to approve the #appointment of Peter #Mandelson, no matter what the #security #vetting said, or didn't say, & now he's just been made a #scapegoat.
