@mcnado There is so much truth to this. #EMS, while a critical component to our healthcare system, is fundamentally broken. #COVID exposed it and broke it further. People quit to the point where even the states, like #Massachusetts, with excellent healthcare and cutting edge medicine struggle with *serious* EMS worker shortages.

Six years later Massachusetts' EMS #crisis has only worsened.

Just imagine what #Ebola will do to our pre-hospital system. The most intersectionally marginalized populations will suffer the worst.
