@ChrisMayLA6 It's not clever for the Tories, whose former home counties supporters have plumped for the #LibDems. They need new markets, but mean girl Kemi is not winning old or new Tories.

It's especially foolish for #ReformUK. The regions for which Burnham is speaking are currently heartlands of Reform electoral strength. Will Reform's south-eastern leadership surrender that advantage to Burbham?

We need another general election and it's my opinion that the next government should be a #LibDems majority, we need electoral reform and that's the only party that can bring it forward.

Maybe a lib dem and green party coalition? I think that would be the most democratic government the UK has had.

@Theriac @PhoenixSerenity @GeraldKutney Winston Churchill was Secretary for War & Air from January 1919-February 1921 & Colonial Secretary from February 1921-October 1922 as a National Liberal under David Lloyd George. It was in the former post that "After British troops in Iraq clashed with Kurdish rebels, Churchill authorised 2 squadrons to the area, proposing that they be equipped with mustard gas to use against the rebels." The irony is the #LibDems are now to the #Left of #Labour!

I'm glad the official #policy of the #LibDems is to oppose the #EHRC #guidelines, & to #support the whole #LGBTIQA #community without #exception. Charles Davey's argument is total nonsense.

1/ cheeky #LibDems chose a candidate with surname listed ahead of #CountBinface. So poor Bunface is not top of the list

2/ only 2 of 14 candidates give an address in Makerfield. In ireland, the other 12 would be no-hopers. Irish voters don't tolerate non-resident candidates.
