Saps que al Mediterrani tenim un sistema mèdic tan antic i complex com el xinès o l'hindú?
Recuperar-lo, compartir-lo, actualitzar-lo i tornar-lo a la vida és el meu ofici i la meva vocació. I per aconseguir-ho ofereixo varis cursos i activitats, així com un espai de teràpies on poso en pràctica la Medicina tradicional del Mediterrani (MTM), treballant amb herbes i altres remeis majoritàriament autòctons o, com a mínim, que es poden cultivar aquí.

M'agrada tant la part energètica com la científica de la cura de la salut. Per això també he estudiat farmacognòsia, fisiopatologia i anatomia. I gaudeixo combinant-les i adonant-me de què són perfectament compatibles.

De l'intercanvi amb una de les alumnes més motivades de Medicina tradicional del Mediterrani, n'estan sorgint aquests mapes conceptuals tant bonics que formaran part dels cursos renovats de MTM.
També del de Matèria Mèdica Mediterrània, en el qual parlarem de les herbes i altres simples, la seva energètica, els seus principis actius químics i com extreure'ls correctament, com combinar-les, cultivar-les, recol·lectar-les, treballar-hi de forma segura, adaptar-ne les fórmules a les diferents constitucions i desequilibris, etc.

#Bloodletting is a formerly widespread medical treatment. It is famous as one of the most common treatments of prescientific humoristic medicine, which postulated that disease was caused by imbalance of the body's humors: black bile, yellow bile, blood, and phlegm. If a person had a disease which indicated too much blood, bloodletting was used to correct the problem. Bloodletting was even thought to be a cure for anaemia.

Bloodletting has a long, venerable history of use in traditional and pre-scientific medicine as a panacea of sorts, and patients liked it so much, they had to be convinced not to be bled. As such, it should come as no surprise that general-purpose bloodletting is still used in alternative medicine as part of #Unani, #Ayurveda, and traditional Chinese medicine. One naturopathic textbook lists all three of these systems as being acceptable bases for naturopathic practice.
