This morning I noticed unusually high Facebook uploads on my UniFi dashboard. No one in my household actively posts, just browsing.

Tracked it to my wife’s iPhone: ~3.75GB uploaded in 24h, including overnight. Upload spikes started around 11pm (while scrolling) and continued while she slept.

Facebook has no photo library access, but background app refresh was enabled (now disabled).

Should I be concerned?
