bilbo_bif you upgrade your #Unifi Network Appl to 10.4 and have dual stack Deutsche Telekom network configured to use #DHCPV6, you may lose IPV6 connection in your networks. You have to go to the properties of the networks, to enable “Prefix delegation” in the bottom section for each network you want to use IPV6
With DHCPV6 it is “normal” that no IPV6 address shows up in the “Internet” line IPV6 column or the Provider Part of the dashboard, as DHCPV6 does not provide an address for the WAN Interface

A Unifi Cloud Gateway Fiber model and two U7 Pro XG access points (6 stream WiFi 7).
I 3D printed a vertical stand for one AP and a horizontal stand for the other which really seemed to accentuate the flying saucer vibe.
I was frustrated with the poor WiFi performance of our Synology gear. Finally took the plunge on Unifi and I’m very happy now. Plus the management software is powerful and cool. Like others these 3 devices are not the end of the story.

My #Ubiquiti #DreamMachine died today, a little over 5 years old, make me sad a £330 purchase is now junk, but my DR plan kicked in nicely with the Cloud #backup #restore of the Network Application to my #CloudKey NVR working perfectly. Dug out a small #Unifi switch and AP and fired up the ISP router and I was back in business. Now what do I replace it with, thinking I should separate out the router and AP now and maybe look to future proof with something 2.5Gbps capable, just in case!
