Is there any way to find out *why* a light turned itself on at 3 o'clock this morning?
I can see it happening in the Activity Log - but it doesn't say what caused it.
(Generic #ZigBee lights attached to a Hue Hub, if that makes a difference.)
DennisI have a probably too-complex setup to charge my #EcoFlow battery when power generation is below an average fossil fuel percentage.
I also have a 3D printer that draws more power than I'd like while heating, so my goal is to run it entirely off the battery so as to not disrupt anything else on the circuit. If you give the EcoFlow AC power, it will charge at the load + charge limit. You can't just tell it to charge at X watts no matter what.
Well, it seems like the charging automations are triggering while printing (which is not supposed to happen), which tells the EcoFlow integration to reload, which shuts off the AC ports. The EcoFlow integration runs off of Bluetooth and I've had some reliability issues in the past. Guess I can't just reload it all the time.
Thus, failed print attempts. Meh.
Mark GjølSo I finally got my #homeassistant trash integration working (I think). Each trash can has a small iBeacon screwed into it, and now my overview shows if the trash can is near the house or the road (All are near house now).
Due to how I did this, with mushroom cards in a grid, I lost the card background, but I'm sure I'll manage to get it back somehow (I just spent half an hour with mod-card to no avail). But it's looking pretty cool. Can hardly wait until tomorrow to see if it works. ;)

VereeshCould anyone please tell me how to get a local llm set up on my Synology NAS Home Assistant install under Docker? I'd like to point it to a folder on my Linux desktop, and have it process the audio files I make into text. Even better if I could schedule this to happen automatically. Double plus good if it could do different things with my voice files depending on a verbal subject heading in each file.
