HelenWent to see Hamnet today. And while I don't think it's a perfect film, I was absolutely bawling my eyes out by the end. It is beautifully shot & it does make you think - and remember - those who have gone. I will try the book again now after failing to 'get through it' before watching it. Interestingly, the person I went with who loved the book, didn't enjoy it at all.
