Now that's what I call a sticky situation. Peeling tomatillos from the garden. These were rescued before the mid week frost came through.

Last ones of the season I guess.

I ain't got a blender or anything, but if I make it by first boiling the peppers and tomatillos, is just manually smashing them up good enough for a chunky salsa? I assume so, but idk! The recipes says to reserve some of the liquid post boil to help with the consistency, so I figure it should be fine

@Knightky and I put the garden to bed for the season. Surprisingly enough, there were ripe raspberries and one bean. I harvested the last of the rhubarb and am baking a pie to celebrate. I'm also cooking up some parsnip from the garden. I have about a cup of tomatillos and a few cups of green tomatoes.
