Lotta hype lately about how so-called #resistantstarch will reduce glucose spikes and ameliorate #diabetes. My reading of these articles is there’s no good evidence that eating resistant starch (something that is produced by chilling starchy foods like grains and potatoes for 24 hours) is clinically effective. Lots of qualifier words like ‘may’ and ‘might’, rather than ‘will’ and ‘does’.
