This morning another #sausageroll for #breakfast & this time I tried using #TheHolySauce #WorcestershireSauce which is made in #India.

More flavour than the #Lancashire #relish, but milder than #Holbrooks or #Lea & #Perrin.

No #anchovies & uses “spices” without saying what they are. There’s a taste to it that I can’t pin down…

Maybe anchovies is what makes true Worcestershire sauce?

#Canadian friends, I am trying to think of the relish/chutney we always had with our #tourtière, and I'm drawing a blank. My parents have passed and I'm in the US now, and feeling lost. Anyone have any ideas? DDG not being very helpful.

@therightram.bsky.social & @zatus.bsky.social and was left needing to read it again to understand how I felt. It's really good. Strangely pairs with @lucyknisley.bsky.social 's gorgeous and touching #Relish.

And the other two day project comes together - sweet cucumber relish.

I’m going to need to find some proper hot dogs and assemble an approximation of Chicago Dogs soon. But without the glow in the dark green relish we use in Chicago.
