Huge batch of fermented pepper sauce tonight! 3.6L I think? My friend donated some dates so this batch is sweet and spicy. No tamarinds this time either.

Bonus, I used some of the leftover brine to make soup broth and it's LOVELY 😋

Oh and I started some pickles! They might be a disaster already but it's worth a try.
