OOF. That was hard.
I changed my #bicycle gearing from 38:18 to 38:16, and by the time I was in my 4th lap of my #fitness course, I knew I wasn't going to do 6 laps, tonight.

New Personal Records, 2024-08-13:
5 mi - 18:52, 15.9 mph (-19 sec)
10 km - 23:30, 15.9 mph (-22 sec)
10 mi - 38:31, 15.6 mph (-1 sec)
2nd place, 20 km - 48:06, 15.5 mph (+9 sec)
Smashed all my previous #PersonalRecord times and distance on my #fitness #bicycle ride, tonight. Added a full 20% distance (6 laps of my ~2.6 mi neighborhood loop course), and averaged 15.36 mph for a full hour. Sadly, Strava won't show my PR time for 15 mi, because I won't pay them. Goodbye, 1000 calories, hello new me! 1:18 faster than my previous PR for 20 km.
I also got myself a nice new Retrospec helmet. #BikeTooter
Haha oh hecc I definitely set a steps all time PR today. Logged 31k steps (~11.65 mi/18.75km) for work. That beats my previous record of 26k steps by like...a lot.

Strength: find your 1rm Shoulder Press
- 5x 3s up / 3s down
- 10x 15 kg (empty bar)
- 5x 17kg
- 3x 18kg
- 3x 20 kg
- 2x 25 kg (previous PR)
- 1x 26 kg
- 1x 27 kg
- 1x 28kg (and that's why I love my coach pushing my buttons)
Workout: For time: 21-15-9
- Burpee pull-up (low bar for me since no jumping still)
- Dumbbell snatches (10kg)
Finished in 8:08
I really love going to this coach's classes because he knows when & how to give me a little push to do my best, which today meant a 3kg increase on my shoulder press 😀

Yesterday: 50, 46, 56 (new PR)
Today: 46, 51, 54
(breaks are permitted though hands and feet have to stay on the ground)
The new count is 37, which is 132% increase from the past 28.
