One of the goals for a planet like Castrovel - and also for many other fantasy worlds - is to create world begin enough to get lost in. When you have world inhabited by dragons, dinosaur-like Qoelu, or even colossals like this, humans or an analogous species like a Lashunta becomed dwarfed. Our dominance is challenged. We become secondary to the environment. It's what lets us find that wonder, and also the terror, when the great and mighty things cross our path.
