Joy--well, my new *new* pills (after the first new pills were rejected by insurance--AFTER same insurance pre-approved them) arrived today. Will start taking them in the am--high hopes that my pain control will be better.
And my Tang Soo Do master starting teaching me a new staff form, without me even asking! For those counting--6 open hand, 1 sword, 1 1/2 staff forms.

~ 16 years ago, after trying oxy, percs, T3s for pain, I was prescribed #morphine ... At times up to 700mg a day!
~ over 1 yr ago I started weaning off with help from the local Chronic Pain clinic and pharmacy.
I have been off morphine for 12 months on Aug 31st!

RockyCQuestion for the #psilocybin community: Ever since I got #LongCovid, I get severe barometric pressure headaches. I did a 2g #LemonTek today, and it was remarkably effective for #PainControl for about four hours. I was in a great mood, sure, but NO psychedelic effects.
Iām concerned about the effects of doing this on a regular basis, however. How often is safe? I have been getting these headaches almost daily this past winter and into spring, and OTC pain meds are damaging when used long-term.
