Things like #AffordabelHealthcare that isn't tied to an employer, #PaidSickLeave, #PaidParentalLeave and madatory #PaidHolidays and #PaidVacation Leave...

I just think a lot of people in the USA have been accustomed to a toxic work culture...

Whereas in #Germany, #overtime has to be #paid out with bonuses or compensated with additional #PaidVacation...

And it's not limited to #WhiteCollar either.

In fact, legal maximums are 10hr shifts with a minimum of 11hr between shifts [clock-out / clock-in] with only very few exceptions [i.e. standby & emergency services, but those run 24h / 24h systems]...
