Die Wirtschaft jammert über "zuviel Bürokratie". #Bürokratie hat aber handfeste Ursachen: Betrug und Korruption fūhrten zu Misstrauen - dies hat "die Wirtschaft" selbst zu verantworten.
Jedes Schlupfloch wurde konsequent ausgenutzt, Tatbestände vertuscht, Strafverfolgung verhindert.

Dass es anders geht, zeigen die skandinavischen Länder: Drakonische Strafen und konsequente soziale Ächtung bei Verstößen führen zu weniger Korruption, mehr Vertrauen und damit zu weniger Bürokratie.
