This platform mastodon has the same or worse censorship as meta and the denunciation is also the same. I thought it was free and independent here. Dr. Lilian Jans-Beken complained to me about what I post and said he also spoke for others. If he doesn't want to see it, he should block me, but he probably thought he had to report me. I post only how the FOOD of non-vegans is made. Nothing is free and independent. What a fake here.

I would love to live in a world where I could sometimes sell my #sourdough bread at the local market.

Sell some of the pretty earrings I make and maybe some of the plants I grow.

Run a few inclusive outdoor exercise classes here and there. Teach a few people to deadlift and squat.

All of these I love to do. But our State and the systems in it make it so that I can't do any of them without specializing in just one and still being very poor.

I finally decided to support The Guardian (@guardian). Despite one really big, really stupid thing they've done (fired a cartoonist for a piece about Israel/Palestine last year), I find myself returning to their reporting and other content again and again. And I very much want there to be #journalism in the world that isn't owned by Sinclair or the Kochs.
