My cooking is very fusion like
Today's stew has
* Tempeh (Indonesia) as the protein
* Harissa spice mix (Morocco) and Liège syrup (Belgium) for flavouring
* Assorted vegetables (onion, carrot, bell pepper, courgette, potatoes)

Today's dinner was inspired by Ethiopian & Moroccan food.
I took the cooking method and main ingredients of atakilt wat (a cabbage potato stew) and used a harira spice mix instead of the traditional ginger, turmeric and cumin, savoy cabbage from the #csa farm and sweet potatoes from the store.
Served with a vegan patty made a very tasty fusion dinner

Baking a weird hashbrown casserole for breakfast because I was always jealous of kids who had parents who made things like breakfast and casseroles, especially at Christmas.

I do not like this #NoRecipe trend on the web.
This one has 13 ingredients and multiple steps: https://www.bonappetit.com/story/buffalo-chicken-dip-recipe
How is that not a recipe??
More importantly, it's an #accessibility issue. Most #cooking sites today use the delicious recipe schema standard, but these "nocipes" do not, thus assistive devices can't treat them as guided text, search engines can't index them properly, recipe apps can't import them, and that is all annoying.
I have spoken. ☝️
