I bought a 6 quart InstaPot on sale. I’ve wanted one for a while but it seemed silly since I already have a rice cooker and a slow cooker.

The first thing I want to make is idli batter using the yogurt setting. I’ve been using instant mix and want to try using idli rava and urad dal. It sounds like a lot of work but less than starting with idli rice.

What’s the second thing I should make?
